CEFCU is the registered trademark of Citizens Equity First Credit Union, a financial institution based in the U.S. state of Illinois that also operates in California. It is also a short name used by several credit unions that are, or at one time were, federally chartered under the Federal Credit Union Act:

The initialism can also refer to CEFCU Stadium, a major outdoor sports venue on the campus of San Jose State University in California that was renamed from Spartan Stadium in 2016 due to a sponsorship deal with Citizens Equity First Credit Union.
