NavigationArts is a DC-based consulting firm specializing in enterprise web design and web development. It is headquartered in McLean, Virginia. In 2010, NavigationArts was listed on the Inc. Magazine Inc. 5000 list as one of the most entrepreneurial and fastest growing companies in America. NavigationArts was acquired by EPAM Systems, Inc. in July 2015.

Leadership
NavigationArts was co-founded by Leo Mullen and Ted Smith in 2001, both former executives at the interactive design firm Iconixx. Mullen served as the company's chief executive officer and Smith served as the chief operating officer.

In 2014, NavigationArts was the winner of Sitecore's North American Site of the Year for Best Systems Integration for its work on Progress Software. In 2013, NavigationArts was named the #1 Graphic Design Agency by The Washington Book of lists and won seven other awards including a Sitecore Award for Breitbart News, a Davey, Webby and Web Marketing Association Award for Drexel University, and a Web Marketing Association Award for the Phillips Collection.
NavigationArts was also a finalist in the Washington SmartCEO awards event for companies providing excellence in Government contracting. In 2009, NavigationArts received 9 awards from the Web Marketing Association, including Outstanding Website for D.C. United and Best Newspaper Website for The Charlotte Observer.
